At Exclusive Beauty Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on new or gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
